Une très bonne cuisine et un patron attentif et bon conseiller. Dommage que des bons restaurants de taille moyenne doivent mener une vue dure. Ils devraient devraient être secondes par du personnel qui leur coûterait moins cher au niveau des charges sociales. C'est un métier dur et tout de même très beau. Il a du mérite ce patron.
