It was not a real wine bar as the list of wines...

It was not a real wine bar as the list of wines available was way too limited. Moreover, prices are way too expensive especially in view of the quality. There are much better wines for “normal” prices 5 minutes riding from there at Winery. We also took a platter of ham and cheese, we were very disappointed by the quality as well. The prices are definitely not correct when looking at the quality of the services

Nous avons quitté le restaurant après une demi heure d'attente. Le service est vraiment déplorable. C'est triste car nous nous faisions une telle joie de découvrir votre établissement. Soirée vraiment ratée

On a attendu 15min pour que l’on ns place à...

On a attendu 15min pour que l’on ns place à notre table (qui était réservée). Après 43 min ns n’avions tjs pas reçu nos boissons. Ns avons donc décidé alors de quitter l’endroit de peur de devoir attendre une éternité pr les plats…grosse déception du service alors que l’endroit en vaut la peine. Dommage!! Annick Cardyn

Overall yes since the food was good but considering the amount we paid (large group >15), we would have expected better quality of service: We wait too much until the main courses were served, The wine was brought late after the courses were served, some guests not being able to enjoy their glass of wine during their course, When we asked to change a few desserts compared to the initial list provided during the booking, it was not very flexible (unpleasant remark), All cremes brulees were served cold. => Quality of service not in line with prices. Very expensive drinks like water for instance.
