We thought the food good, but the service was...

We thought the food good, but the service was not. A simple vodka wihmth a lemon twist became an ordeal (ultimately lime was brought, not lemon). We were 3 people who ordered 2 starters, 2 salads and 2 mains. We told them we would share the food. Instead, all the food was brought at once, hot and cold, no courses. The whole table was covered by fish and meat and salad. It was bizarre. No serving utensils were provided either, and very small plates for each of us to cover with the varying sauces and flavors. It was a feel bad experience where the waiter argued with us. We did not stay for dessert or coffee.
