Creative and refined fusion Asian food, not a random fusion by mixing ingredients/style from different Asian countries like most of the "fusion" restaurants do, you can tell the fusion has been well thought for an unexpected combination which tastes heavenly good! I'm thinking of the foie gras wonton + smoke eel with Pekin duck broth. Will definitely visit again!
