Personall are not professional and food are poor . People are in rush to die or something . Really strange Do not provide anything for breakfast after 10am
Really tooooooooo slow! And overpriced
I booked lunch for December 25th. The maître d'hôtel told me that only the classic dishes, decided by the chef, were available. There was no Christmas music either. The service was incredibly slow, even though I was the only person in the restaurant. When I asked the maître d'hôtel for dessert recommendations, he simply replied, "I don't eat dessert." So, a very, very big disappointment for a Christmas lunch that I had planned well in advance. Furthermore, I ordered Angus beef, but the head waiter never asked how I wanted it cooked and served me rare beef… almost inedible.
poor service, we had to wait more than an hour for our food (for which they apologized), then they brought the wrong food and it did not taste good at all (everything was bland)
On a refusé de me laisser entrer et dîner malgré ma réservation et cela à cause de mon petit chien ! Lorsque j’ai réservé en ligne, ce n’était absolument précisé. De plus, le serveur qui m’a reçue n’était pas du tout aimable et ne parlait même pas français. Inadmissible ! J’habite Bruxelles depuis 18 ans, je n’ai jamais été reçue comme ça !

When we arrived, nobody came to sit us. We had to wait and look for a place ouselves, and then be moved to other places by the staff. Then the bartender came and told us he could serve us. Mind you thank that It was 9.30 pm only. However, they could have saved that earlier and saved us the embarrassment
