Samouraï has been a culinary landmark of Brussels since 1974. Razor-sharp precision and rich flavours embody the authentic Japanese cuisine, depicted by a varied menu of sushi and sashimi, together with table preparations like sukiyaki. The chef steams the shiitake with shrimp-flavoured pasta and then flanks it with a ginger and soy stock and with fried ciboule onion and shiso leaves, creating a harmony that is both subtle and distinctive. Popular lunchtime bento boxes; set menus in the evening as well as à la carte.

C'est notre 2ème visite au Samourai et toujours...

C'est notre 2ème visite au Samourai et toujours heureux d'y revenir. Le Monsieur qui nous a servi est d'une gentillesse extrême. Très rare de voir cela dans un restaurant. Nous avons pris des menus avec différentes entrées excellentes et un plat merveilleux. Nous le recommandons vivement, vous ne serait pas déçu.

Excellente cuisine créative avec des produits de très bonne qualité. Les saveurs sont subtiles et l'expérience est un réel plaisir. Le service est de grande qualité tout comme la décoration du restaurant, moderne sans être austère.
