Poor service, unattended phones
accueil pas tres chaleureux.Ambiance froide et impersonnelle. Nourriture :moyen rapport qualité/prix exagéré; Déçue par rapport au souvenir de ce restaurant
First impression was a failure. While all other tables had unbroken chips served with their entry plate, our basket was full of the broken chips. The discount of 15 % offered by resto.be reservation was not respected. We had to pay full price, with no discount. Lastly, they were apathetic to our concerns and dinner. We do not recommend the Les Rives Du Gange, moreover we recommend to stay away,
Depuis des années nous revenions régulièrement dans ce resto (anniversaires etc...). Il y avait des menus "dégustation" composés de différents plats et c'est ce que nous adorions. Hier soir, nous y sommes retournés et avons été très déçus d'apprendre qu'ils ne proposaient plus ces menus. Nous sommes donc partis et n'y reviendrons plus !
Malheureusement plus rien à avoir avec les bons plats d'avant. Les repas médiocres, présentés avec aucun charme. La propreté laisse beaucoup à desirer et les mesures sanitaires peu respectées par le personnel. La jolie decoration à l'époque est devune vieillot et sale. Dommage, mais vraiment pas à conseiller.
Nous sommes rentrés dans le restaurant et après 2 min, repartis. Le patron du restaurant devrait surveiller et eventuellement “éduquer” son personnel.
La personne qui prend les commandes et qui sert ,n'était pas dans un jour de bonne humeur .
I have never been treated as disrespectful !! On arrival we were brought to our table and forgotten for 30min. We then finally could order and receive some drinks (martini in a champagne glass, no ice ??), but were asked to move to another table. We wanted to order the menu, but they refused to incorporate vegetarian alternatives (this has always been possible before...). Then they lost our order and we had to order again. After that we were completely forgotten for about 1h30. We were served around 22:00 (we arrived at 20:00), never received our starters which they also forgot. The waiter responsible for our table never apologized but send a colleague to do so in his place, and we received a free drink. I would like to add that all other tables were properly cared for. This was really only 'against' us. I will never go there again, although we have been regular guests for more than 15 years !
