While the food was very good, the service was average. The get the food served before you get the drinks does not show professionality. There are many waiters running around a bit uncoordinated. Suggestion: Attribute a captain, which oversees the service of certain number of tables (e.g., 3x the tables of a regular waiter/waitress). This person should be experienced. Then attribute regular waiters to serve food and drinks to some of the tables. The captain should back up the individual waiters/waitresses and make sure that the service is smooth. Please avoid serving old bread to the client. Serving fresh bread does not cost much and gives a much better impression. Why have you stopped serving Carlsberg beer? I think it would be nice if you at least could serve one German/Pilsner type of beer, I was also disappointed that you do not offer anymore low-temperature cooked duck.
