Razor-sharp precision and rich flavours embody the authentic Japanese cuisine, depicted by a varied menu of sushi and sashimi, together with table preparations like sukiyaki. The chef steams the shiitake with shrimp-flavoured pasta and then flanks it with a ginger and soy stock and with fried ciboule onion and shiso leaves, creating a harmony that is both subtle and distinctive. C’était fort bon, le service était aimable...

C’était fort bon, le service était aimable et flexible. Seul petit bémol .. nous avons attendu assez longtemps entre les entrées et le plat.

J'ai pris un menu Bentô, on avait annoncé des sashimi mais en dernière minute j'ai reçu du boeuf à la place...Ce n'est pas très professionnel ce changement !! Je suis venue plusieurs fois dans votre restaurant au centre ville, la nourriture était délicieuse, les plats faisaient rêver. je trouve que votre qualité a chuté...Quelle déception!

Nous avons eu la chance de voyager au Japon cette année et le temps d’une soirée au Samouraï nous avons retrouvé notre voyage autant dans l’ambiance que dans l’assiette.
