As usual, the food was delicious. The only thing was that because of the winetasting being so regimented and dependent on when other people were ready, before an explanation could be given, the evening dragged on for a long time and even after cutting it short were still there from 6:45 until 11:30. Maybe a more personal approach would be better next time so the sitting will not be to long.
