We went yesterday evening for my birthday. I had very high expectations, but at the end of the evening we all agreed it was just an average experience. The waitresses were nice, but they advised us to order more if we eat a lot, which I found ridiculous , just to push people to buy more. So instead of suggesting this maybe just consider decent portions giving the prices. Additionally, we ordered only two starters because only two people wanted them, yet we all had to wait for those two to finish before we could eat, and this took one hour. When the meat finally arrived, we had to ask which cut was which, and the cooking level, and on top of that the meat was lukewarm. I understand letting it rest, but lukewarm??? Also, in my opinion it would be better to let people choose whether they want the sharing option or for each person to have their own dish. On top of that, my friend and I had to ask for napkins because none had been placed for the two of us. And the final cherry on top: considering the differences in prices and what each of us ordered, they didn’t let us pay per couple based on what we each had. We were forced to pay one single bill or to split equal which really bothered me because I have worked in restaurants in the past and honestly, it’s not difficult. It’s just an extra bit of attention for the customer. So despite our high expectations (and to be fair, the meat was good) all these things really put us off, and none of us are interested in coming back in the future, which is a shame.
