Loud atmosphere (especially kids), no music (come on, you guys are italian!!), bright too light and not comfortable, toilets disgusting and the first service in Belgium we experienced that can't speak English. In addition to this we got water in plastic bottles, salt & pepper in plastic bags. We heard a lot of good things and the pizza was still okay, but the atmosphere was horrible. We decided to break up the dinner and leave.
