Bonjour, nous sommes toujours accueillis avec une grande amabilité et le sourire. Le service est parfait : le personnel tient compte de notre souhait. Quant aux plats, nous avons toujours été bien servi et que ce soit le plat du jour ou un plat choisi à la carte, nous avons toujours été agréablement surpris par la bonne qualité et la présentation soignée. En un mot: c'est délicieux et nous reviendrons! Bonne continuation!

Quite disappointed about our experience last...

Quite disappointed about our experience last week at your restaurant. First, the waiting time between our starters and our main dish was ridiculously long. We had a booking at 12h15 and our choice was made before arrival, by 12h25 we had ordered and we only had our main dish at 13h40. Under no circumstances the waiting time should be that long, but I believe that at lunch time, with an order placed at 12h25 and the restaurant half full should definitely not be the case. The starters were tasty but VERY small for somewhere between 13 and 17 euros the dish. Especially disappointed about the salmon carpaccio, which was obviously salmon from a supermarket package. Regarding the main dish, we had 3 people with the Grillade Royale de Poissons, which was one of the saddest dishes I've ever seen, 3 small pieces of different fishes ina very lonely plate, no veggies, no potatoes, no sauce, nothing. At this point we expected to pay for this 24.5 Then we had a VERY bad surprise at the end, when we were going to pay, the bill was WAY higher than expected, as we had doub le checked the menu and the suggestions menu online. When we let the lady know, she told us that "she doesn't look at thos ethings" (???) To give you an example: - Grillade Royale de Poissons should have been EUR 24.50 x 3 = EUR 73.50, but we were charged EUR 90. - The menu states that all digestives are at EUR 6.00, so we should have been charged EUR 6.00 x 4 = EUR 24.00, but we were charged EUR 34.00. If the menu in your website is old, then update it, it's really unprofessional and it really takes a second, and it will, definitely, save you groups of unhappy people, because they are paying way more than expected, for really, just average food.
