I have booked the table for 11 persons outside to eat and not just to drink. We got a table far away from the screen though I asked clearly to be near. Booking was made long in advance. The team of the hotel didn't want to make an effort during 20 minutes to make our stay more comfortable. The excuse was that it's not mentioned in their booking system. Nevertheless I called to the hotel to précise that 11 guests would take a meal during the football broadcast. I was talked that it's clear and confirmed the table for eating. I believe that the employees of the hotel should be responsible for their words. Apart from that the service was extremely slow and inaccurate. The is a real lack of waiters for a big restaurant! Few available people just can't physically provide edequate service.
