The restaurant was very cozy and the food was very good, but it took way too long before diner was served and the portions we're way too small.

Bad service. Food was very average. We received our food in this order: first 1 hot side, then we received the cold mezze's about 20 minutes after (drinks had still not arrived, so we asked for them and then about 5min later received them), and finally after we finished the cold mezze's we received 2 more hot meat dishes. No explication about the food was given whatsoever. Orders had to be done through online website (which nobody explained us, until we asked ourselves) and paid through online portal. Almost no interaction with the waiters at all, nor possibility to order supplementary items (eg coffee, bread, ..). Furthermore, when we arrived at 18h05 (reservation for 18h) tables were still dirty from the lunch shift. While we were eating somebody started to clean all the tables and somebody started to mop the floor (in the middle of the evening shift?) that was still dirty from lunch.. Overall very disappointing.
The food is delicious, and it is fun to be able to see into the kitchen and watch it being prepared. Love all of the vegan options too!
